Reminders:
- All forms must be signed by a parent or legal guardian
- Camp tuition is $150 for either camp (youth or high school)
- If paying by check, please make the check payable to Boomer Esiason Foundation
- Each registered camper will need a parental/guardian waiver signed before they are allowed to participate
- The offensive line camp requires a helmet and shoulder pads. Please check out the equipment from your high school.
