Camp Schedule
The Rimington Football Camp is structured to provide a balanced mix of on-the-field drills, chalk talks, breaks and fun for the participants. The activities, while challenging, are designed to be appropriate for the age and skill levels of the players.


The Rimington Youth Football Camp offers coaching to girls and boys from all skill levels, from beginners to advanced. If you would like to make the most of your child’s camp experience, please contact our staff about specific football challenges your child might be facing.

Offensive and Defensive Drills and Techniques
The coaching staff will emphasize fundamentals, form and technique. Our staff will stress the perseverance, discipline, work ethic and dedication needed to achieve one’s maximum potential.

Strength and Conditioning
Stations will be set up to focus on speed, strength, agility and power. Every athlete will have an opportunity to improve their skills, learn how to develop physical strength, and understand the motivation necessary to succeed.


Sample Practice Schedule - Day One

9:00 - 9:10 a.m., Welcome and practice overview
9:10 - 9:20 a.m., Form running and stretching
9:20 - 9:55 a.m., Individual position skills – offense (QBs/RBs/Receivers/OL)
9:55 - 10:05 a.m., Break
10:05 - 10:40 a.m., Individual position skills – defense (DL/ILBs/OLBs/DBs)
10:40 - 10:50 a.m., Break
10:50- 11:45a.m., Offensive/Defensive team
11:45 - Noon , Chalk talks*
